On 19th February 2013 the \"Gu\u00eda de recursos sanitarios de Benissa\", published by the Health Department of Benissa Town Council, was presented at the Seu Universit\u00e0ria. It was attended by the councillor for Health, Gloria Ivars<\/strong> and the first deputy mayor, Pepa Mart\u00ed<\/strong>who were joined at the table by Tom\u00e1s Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>The head of the Benissa Health Centre, Max Meertens<\/strong>Director of Cl\u00ednica Benissa and Mois\u00e9s Ferrer<\/strong>President of the AECC Benissa.<\/p>\n

The councillor Gloria Ivars explained in detail the contents of the Guide, in which users can easily find all the information about the health resources that currently exist in the municipality. Ivars also thanked all the sponsors, thanks to whom the cost of the publication has been covered without costing the Town Hall any money: La Caixa, Allianz Seguros Eugenia Poquet, Padle Benissa, Piscina Municipal Benissa, Giron\u00e9s Impresores, Pepons Travel, Centre Veterinari Benissa, Visi\u00f2ptica and Cl\u00ednica Benissa.<\/p>\n

\"\"6,000 guides have been published and will be distributed free of charge to all those interested, through the participating establishments and at the Town Hall.<\/p>\n

The guide includes information and contact details for medical centres, dental clinics, pharmacies, physiotherapy, health associations, herbalists and the health services provided by the Town Hall, etc. in Benissa.<\/p>\n

Finally, the councillor added that \"the health department of Benissa Town Council is at the disposal of all citizens to improve health care in our municipality and hopes that this guide will be a useful tool for local residents\".<\/p>\n
