There is a misunderstanding about the acceptance of new patients. There is no stop on new patients, but given the (temporary) understaffing of our practice’s GPs, it may take a little longer for you to get an appointment. Doctor Max Meertens has gladly extended his hours a bit to accommodate this.
For the Spanish national insurances, there is a geographical restriction: we are not taking on new people outside the municipality of Benissa from the insurances ASSSA, DKV, Sanitas Health y Salus (for the time being) due to administrative reasons.
In the coming months, we hope for reinforcements. In the meantime, we will try to give you the care as you are used to from us, with all peace and attention. Thank you for your understanding.
