Frequently asked questions about our physiotherapy service

We treat back pain – including neck and lower back pain – muscle spasms, sprains, tendinitis, sports injuries, rehabilitation following surgery or a fracture, and chronic pain such as osteoarthritis. Every treatment begins with an assessment to design a plan tailored to your needs.

No. You can book an appointment directly with our physiotherapist without a referral or a doctor’s note. If your case requires further medical assessment, we have a GP at the clinic itself.

A session lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes. The first appointment may take a little longer, as it includes the initial assessment and the drawing up of a treatment plan.

It depends on the injury and the individual. Muscle tightness can be resolved in just a few sessions, whilst post-surgical rehabilitation requires a longer process. Following the initial assessment, we’ll give you a realistic estimate, without unnecessarily prolonging treatment.

Yes. Our clinic is in Benissa, just a few minutes’ drive from Calpe, Moraira, Teulada, Senija and Jalón, and we welcome patients from across the Marina Alta region. There is easy parking available right next to the clinic.
