There is a misunderstanding about accepting new patients. It is not that we do not accept new patients, but due to the (temporary) shortage of family doctors in our practice, it may take a little longer to make an appointment. Dr. Max Meertens has extended his opening hours to accommodate this situation.
For Spanish national insurance, there is a geographical restriction: we are not accepting new patients from outside the municipality of Benissa from ASSSA, DKV, Sanitas Health and Salus insurances. due to administrative reasons.
In the coming months we expect reinforcements. In the meantime, we will try to give you the attention you are used to from our side, with all tranquility and giving the maximum service. Thank you for your understanding.
